Laganas beautiful sandy beach is famous for Kareta-Kareta turtles (there are no motorized water sports available here, the turtles take priority). There are numerous bars, restaurants and clubs in the bustling centre of Laganas and the main town of Zakynthos is just a few miles away and offers a great opportunity to shop and explore the harbour and narrow streets.
This Zante studio and apartment complex does not have a pool but it is only 100 metres from the beach and guests are also welcome to use the pool at the Canadian Hotel just a minute's walk away.

The Pythari Apartments are set in beautiful landscaped gardens, where the centrepiece is the large clean swimming pool which is surrounded by palm trees and tropical planting. The accommodation consists of studios suitable for 2 adults with double or twin beds and apartments suitable for 4 persons with one double or twin beds and sofa bed. All units have air conditioning, a small kitchenette and a furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The Pythari complex has its own poolside snack bar which is open from early morning serving breakfast, and throughout the day offering snacks and refreshments. The hotel is a complex which consists of three traditional buildings and has a topical character. All the cobbled paths of the hotel lead to the beautiful swimming pool designed in the style of ancient Greece. In addition, it offers large and sunny rooms on the ground and first floor, daily maid service, a lobby with reception, hotel safe, breakfast room, entertainment room, library, play room for children between 2 and 8 years of age, parking facilities for guests arriving by car, satellite TV in the lounge, and beautiful exotic gardens.
