What does Flexifly do for me?
When you choose the Flexifly fare you can reschedule your flight by paying the fare difference. The airline rescheduling and cleartrip fees up to a maximum of 5,000 AED per passengers will not be charged when you reschedule.
What happens if the airline cancels my flight?
You will get a full refund of the airline fare and Cleartrip fees. Flexifly benefits do not apply in case of airline cancellations.
Is Flexifly useful if I want to cancel my tickets?
Flexifly is only for rescheduling flights, all cancellations will be chargeable in line with the respective airline policy.
What happens if I cancel a flight booked with Flexi fare?
You will be refunded the fare amount as per airline policy. However the Flexifly Fare, made available to you at an additional cost, is non-refundable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Flexifly allows you to change your flight for the same destination by only paying for the fare difference between the flights and not having to incur the amendment and convenience fees that accompany it. Flexifly is not applicable in the event of flight cancellation.
The total amount refunded to the customer comprises of: amendment fee + Flyin's convenience fee and is subject to a maximum cap of 5000 AED. For booking where the rescheduled flight fare is lower than the amendment fee, the refund to the customer comprises of: booking fare + Flyin's convenience fee.
