About VietJet Airlines

Founded in 2011, VietJet is an international low-cost airline situated in Vietnam. It was the first privately-owned new-age airline to be established in the country. VietJet became the second private airline operating domestic air services and the fifth airline overall to offer civil domestic flights in Vietnam. VietJet flies to 53 domestic and international destinations out of its aviation hubs in Cat Bi International Airport (HPH), Da Nang International Airport (DAD), Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), and Son Nhat International Airport (SGN). By December of 2014, VietJet had transferred ten million passengers. In a record-breaking manner, VietJet Airlines had carried 25th millionth passengers in December of 2015.
