Saudia Airlines Launches 'Order' System to Revolutionize Travel Experience
July 22, 2025Saudia Airlines' venture with Amadeus to launch the innovative 'Order' system stands as a major landmark in its digital transformation journey. The objective behind such is the seamless customer experience while also injecting operational efficiency provided by AI and cloud-native technologies. Saudia is now implementing the new system with minimal impact on the current operations and the weight of the centrally-based Altea PSS platform.
