Baggage information onboard SpiceJet Airlines :

Domestic flights:

• With regard to free baggage allowance, SpiceJet allows 15 kgs of check-in baggage and 7 kgs of cabin baggage.
• Passengers traveling with infants are allowed an additional 7 kgs of a carry-on bag of standard dimension.
• For excess baggage, SpiceJet charges 300 INR per kg.

International flights:

• Check-in baggage varies depending on final destinations. For instance, SpiceJet allows a generous checked baggage of 30 kgs to Muscat, Dubai, Colombo, and 20 kgs of checked baggage to Kabul, Maldives, Bangkok, and Dhaka. Airport check-in counters open 2 hours prior to domestic flight departure and they close 45 minutes before scheduled departure time. On international flights, counters open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and close 1 hour before flight departure time.
