Please note that we have taken the following measures at our property for our staff as per WHO guidelines in light of COVID-19 in order to provide a safe & protected environment to all our guests:

1. Washing their hands frequently and thoroughly

2. Monitoring temperatures daily to see if its below 99.1F

3. Wearing masks & gloves when in proximity of guests and each other as well

4. Use of hand gloves when carrying out cleaning work & when handling waste

5. Use of tissues when sneezing or coughing and immediately wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

6. Deep cleaning before every check in & post every check out of the entire villa with phenolic disinfectant

7. Sanitizing high-touch points at our property like switches, door knobs, remote controls etc

8. Placing of sanitizers in the entrance and living rooms

9. Maintain social distancing from each other as well as all guests during their stay

10. Guests will have restricted access to books, games & common swimming pools

BEDROOMS

- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.

- ACs are provided in all rooms.

- Some rooms have balconies.

- All rooms have attached bathrooms.

- 2 rooms have queen-size beds while the other two have king-size beds.

- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS

- There are 4 private bathrooms and 2 shared ones 1 by the poolside and 1 in the living area.

- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.

- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

- TV is in one of the rooms on the ground floor .

- There is one Activity/Entertainment room which has a Twin Sofa Setup and has an AC as well where extra mattresses can be placed for extra guests.

- It has seating arrangements for 20 people.

- A private outdoor pool is available for the guests to use till 10 PM.

- There is a huge lawn where you can hold your events. It can accommodate 100-150 people.

- Outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 20 people.

KITCHEN

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and water filter.

- The kitchen is accessible to guests, who can prepare their own veg and non-veg meals.

- They can also choose to order from the nearby restaurants.

- There is crockery available for 12 people.

- Kitchen usage is at additional cost of Rs. 1000/-

HOUSE RULES

- Loud music is not allowed after 11 PM.

- Drinking is allowed inside the property only, and guests must procure the local permit of Rs. 5 from any liquor shop before consuming any alcohol.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

- Hookahs are strictly not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- No stags and friends groups - only families are allowed.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawn. The villa has a private entrance.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

FOOD

- Breakfast is available till 11 AM, at an additional cost.* Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options can be prepared based on your preference.

- Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

- We are unable to offer accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as carrom, Monopoly, chess, playing cards and Uno. They can also indulge in outdoor activities such as volleyball, pool-polo, barbecues and bonfire.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things wed like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- The villa is a part of a gated community and there are CCTVs in the outside area.

- Although WiFi is provided in villa, network is subject to availability at any given point.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

- Breakfast is available at Rs. 100 per person.

- Both lunch and dinner are available. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.

- Bonfire: Rs. 500/-

- Barbecue: As per material cost .

- Extra guest: Rs. 1200/- per night, including breakfast

Apart from its temples, this city in Maharashtra also has forts, waterfalls and vineyards to look out for. With multiple vineyards present in Nashik, the most popular being Sula, tourists can enjoy the opportunity to pick grapes, discover wine processing and end with wine tasting. Nashik gives you the chance to experience a fabulous cocktail of extremes - from temples to vineyards, hills to waterfalls, this place offers a lot to see. Casa Del Verde is conveniently located close to all these adventures that this city offers.

During your stay at Casa Del Verde, we personally recommend

- Distance from Ozhar Airport 25 km.

- Distance from Nashik Road Railway Station 29 km.

- Distance from Dugaon Fata Bus Stand 200 m.

- Distance from Sula Vineyard 8 km.

Taxis are easily available for transportation within the city. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 20 cars is available at Casa Del Verde.

POLICIES

- Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

- The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals.

- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.

- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay, we can offer you

- A full refund if you are cancelling more than 14 days before your check-in date.

- A 50% refund if you are cancelling more than 7 days of your check-in date.

- No refund if you are cancelling within 7 days of your check-in date.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to us for assistance.
