There are 2 spacious rooms with double bed, satellite television, wardrobe, separate seating area and attached bathroom with a shower cubicle, hot-cold running water, basic toiletries, room service, complimentary breakfast, laundry, and doctor on call. There is an open dining and sit out area for guests to relax and enjoy view of plantation and verdant green expanse and is the perfect place to unwind and take in all that nature has to offer. The fireplace in the living area is operational and can be lit for cozy evenings. Trekking, bird watching, golfing, endless cups of aromatic South Indian coffee and a visit to the local shandy are some of the activities on offer. Kitchen serves home cooked fresh meals and a taste of local food. Hulikatte Village is located in Davanagere district in Karnataka, India, 22 km from Davanagere. Public and private bus service is available to the village.The estate is situated in the middle of lush green coffee plantation and surrounded by many other coffee estates. Few of the religious places like Shanishwara Temple (5 Km) and Yellumuka Chowdeshwari Temple (7 Km) and Rameshwara Temple Halase (9 Km) are close distance from the property. The famous Abbi falls, in the westerns Ghats of Karnataka is 6 km away.Hulikatte is 34 Km from Sakleshpur Railway Station and 170 Km from Mangalore Airport. It is 4 Km away from Mudigere Bus station. Pets are not allowed. Property does not have a bar but guests can bring alcohol. Unmarried couples are not allowed. Property is a good place for parties and get together.
