Or if you want to interact with nature up close and personal, take a trek around one of the many scenic paths in the mountains.If you have ever imagined of sitting by the gushing water of a snow-fed stream, or waking up to a glorious sunrise with breath-taking views to soak in, Manali is the place to be, while Duffden House is the ideal retreat to enjoy this sleepy village of tranquillity.The SpaceLet me walk you through the villa:Bedrooms:- The villa has 7 bedrooms comprising of 2 family suites, 2 luxury rooms with attachedbalcony, 1 boutique room, 1 royal suite and 1 attic room which is situated on the toplevel, above the first floor.- All bedrooms have heaters installed in them.- 5 bedrooms have balconies opening up to views of the mountains.- One family suite has 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds, while the other family suite has 1king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed.- The royal suite has 1 king-size bed.- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.Living Room:- The villa supports plenty of common areas. The seating area in the villa canaccommodate 20 people.- All rooms in the villa have flat-screen TVs installed in them and Wi-Fi is accessible from all the rooms.- Indoor board games are available at the villa.- The guests can indulge in badminton in the outdoor segment of the villa.Bathrooms:- The villa has 7 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.- All bathrooms have modern fixtures with geysers for hot water supply.- 2 rooms have bathtubs installed.- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.Kitchen & Meals:- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove and a purifierfor drinking water.- Guests can opt for lunch and dinner at an additional cost, as per the menu available atthe villa.Lawn:- The villa has a private lawn that can be used by the guests.- Events can be organized at an additional cost, with prior notice.- Outdoor games such as badminton are available at the villa.House Rules:- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM.- Pets are not allowed in the villa.- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.- Kitchen can be used by the guests for cooking purposes, only if the entire villa isbooked.- IDs are required for all guests.Additional Amenities:- Breakfast is complimentary- Torch, iron, hairdryer, medical kit and mosquito repellent are provided at the villa, on request.- A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost, on request.- An outdoor bonfire can be arranged, but the guests will have to pay additionally for the wood.- Guests may use the wardrobes that are available at the villa.- Indoor and outdoor games are available.- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.- A power backup is available at the villa.- Secured parking space for 6 cars is available at the villa.- Driver accommodation is available at an additional cost.Other things to note:- Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution.- A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount isrefundable if the total number of guests do not increase and the checkout time isadhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee isnon-refundable.Guest Access:The guests have access to the entire property including its indoor and outdoorspaces.Interaction with Guests:The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. Apersonal concierge is present to serve you.
