Iris Cottage & Stays

Iris Cottage has a history of over 70 years, it being the first headquarters for the Western Himalayan Mountaineer Institute, now recreated into this pristine and serene space. With three rooms & Dining, it is surrounded by apple orchard of about 10 acres. Besides apple trees, there are other fruits like cherries and walnut trees within the orchard. The river can be seen flowing on the front with beautiful landscape and sunset. It is 1.5 km from Mall Road/ Manali Bus Stand on Vashist Road. The property has 10 rooms with twin single beds and sofa beds at the common area with breathtaking views of river Beas and Mountain ranges. Iris Lodge also has a cafe within the premises, which is open from all sides to justify the views of beautiful mountains with few snow capped peaks. The place is very quiet except the burbling sound of river Beas and natural stream flowing through/within the premises.
