AMALTAS Bungalow-3 BHK Luxury Villa

Amaltas is a newly built bungalow decorated with laburnum themed hues and colonial style railings at Mitha Estate, Bhose off the Panchgani M'shwar Rd. The location is quiet and serene and at a stones throw away from the main road. It is ideal for family holidays as also for a bunch of colleagues or friends looking to hangout. The verandah and the open terrace provide that extra punch to the whole place. The space The bungalow has three large bed rooms, one living room with attached verandah and an open to sky terrace. There is a cooking area attached to the living room where basic cooking equipment is provided. The whole bungalow is painted on the Laburnum theme and therefore the name Amaltas [also known as Laburnum or Bahava]. Amlatas trees are planted on all sides of the bungalow. This property is part of a large layout of private villas known as Mitha Estate. Guest access Guests have access to the open space on two sides of the bungalow. Guests also have access to our private estate overlooking the valley and backwaters of the Dhom dam. The estate also has a one of its kind Shiva Temple designed in the shape of the Shiv Linga. From this estate guests can enjoy the much coveted view of the river, the valley and the mountains without having to endure the long traffic jams and the swarms of tourists. Interaction with guests Once the booking is confirmed, I will interact with the guests via , SMS and telephone as per policy. Majority of the times, I will be there in and around Panchgani so that I can meet the guests if required. I also make it an effort to visit the guests once during their stay to socialise with them. Other things to note This bungalow comprises of the upper two levels of a large structure having 3 levels. The lowest level has a dormitory which could be occupied by other guests who have a separate access. If all three levels are taken together, then the whole property can accommodate 25 people.
