Overview
The hotel is located at a very good place and it's very convenient for the railway travellers. The room service was quite impressive and the quality of food in the courtyard restaurant was very good and very tasty. The hotel staff was very cooperative and supportive. The unique 24 hours check out system is very good for tourists. All in all a very good experience
Good hotel in Kollam, affordable as well as luxury. Staff were friendly and ever ready to attend guests. Food was average but kind of okay. Room we stayed in was with good interior. Spacious and clean rooms are positives and budget friendly rates. I would like to rate this hotel much higher in budget segment. Recommended.
