More than 5 centuries ago, the grandson of Rao Jodha who founded Jodhpur, founded a sub clan popularly known as Mertiya. The Kishanpura Haveli is owned by this branch of the Rathore Clan of Rajputs.The decedents of the family have since reconstructed and refurbished some parts of the old family mansion to manage the Atithi Devo Bhava tradition in a modern aged concept.Built in the era of pre-independence, a noble mans town house, restored to perfection, Kishanpura Haveli converted to a heritage hotel in 2017Kishanpura Haveli has been tastefully redesigned, integrated in itself the grandeur of traditional Rajput architecture with rambling courtyards, greenery.
