As per our previous conversation, we present to you our service apartment, which is strategically located near RAU Circle on main AB Road at Eden Gardens building in Caps Town Township. We have three 1-BHK adjoined apartments.The 1-BHK service apartments is fully furnished flat with area of about 680 sq. ft., with the fresh airy balcony giving a beautiful view of Vindhyachal Mountain range. The comfortable bedrooms will remind you of your own space back home.There is one attached bathroom and a powerful air conditioner for your convenience and comfort. The bathrooms are complete with a shower, hair dryer and a range of complimentary bath products. Each of the bedroom are furnished with the large bed with memory foam mattress (to give maximum comfort) that accommodates two people comfortably, a dressing table, wardrobes and Iron. The apartment has a separate area for dining and fully equipped kitchen with a range of crockery, utensils and other appliances such as a Refrigerator, Microwave, Induction, etc. to name a few. The living room is spacious and the decor provides a modern feeling. The living room comes with all comforts and furnishings required (like Dining Table, Entertainment Unit, Sofa Lounger, etc.) and plenty of room for an extra bed. There is also an Inverter back up to run lights & fans in case of power failure. We are extremely particular about cleanliness, and will do everything to ensure that your temporary home is clean and smells good.So,daily house cleaning, clean white linens, fresh towels and hand towels are included in the package. We also provide one dedicated Apartment Manager who can assist you in specific needs relating to car hire, ticket bookings, getting around tourist places like Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, Tincha falls etc.
