A serene lush green independent farm villa designed and decorated to make you live in style. Located in the commercial metropolis of Gurgaon next to Mandi farms of Delhi, this stay is spread over 2 acres of land, having two bedrooms. Located adjacent to a protected forest reserve, at a 15-minute drive from the commercial hot spots. An ideal getaway, a blissful retreat with tall trees, blooming flowers, dancing squirrels and chirping birds, an absolute pollution free environment. The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. The farm also has CCTV surveillance at entry/exit points for safety concerns. This is a duplex bungalow, having two beautifully decorated large suites. The entrance opens into a large living/drawing room, aesthetically decorated with fancy luxury furniture, exclusive Bhutanese carpets, art, paintings, sculptures and artefacts collected from across the globe. The living room has 2 fireplaces, a LED TV, a Pool table, a mini library, a bridge table, a beautiful bar and much more. The Living room is connected to a large dining room. The ground floor suite opens into the living room from one side, and onto a personal patio overlooking the lawns on the other side. The ground floor suite has a beautifully decorated king size bed, couches, study table, LED TV, attached toilet with a personal jacuzzi. The suite is aesthetically decorated with a king size bed, a sofa cum bed, LED TV, and a huge attached toilet. It also has two large bay windows, one of which overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen is located on ground floor and is fully equipped with all modern equipment to cook a perfect meal. The farm villa has full power backup facility and free Wi-Fi access. Housekeeping is provided daily for cleaning and the guests are provide fresh linen and towels at the time of every check in. Complimentary bathroom toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen necessities like tea bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, salt & pepper, etc are also provided here. Disclaimer- A refundable security deposit of INR 25000/- will be charged at the time of checkin for more than 4 guests. The swimming pool is a Vinyl liner pool and hence, jumping in the pool, taking bottles, glasses near the pool is prohibited. There is no extra cost for children under 6 years of age. We don't allow beer bottles at the property for security and cleanliness but allow the guests to carry beer cans. We can provide only disposable glasses, cutlery & crockery can be provided if you are more than 4 guests. NOTE- The outdoor swimming pool at our farm house in monsoon seasons will only be operational if there is no continuous rain and water is treatable.
