The living is located on the first floor and is extremely spacious with huge windows and an attached balcony.(Go through the images)

It has a seating arrangement of 5 and is equipped with a 42'' Flat TV.

The pool table is placed in the living room and can be accessed by the guest at no additional cost!!!

The Dining area is adjacent to the living room.

It also has a Book Shelf, loaded with books of various genres and some games.

The Deck:

We have a wooden deck adjacent to the Dining area on the first floor with a seating arrangement(Go through the images).

It's a great place to have a chilled beer or warm coffee with your gang.

Lawn:

We have Private Lawn at the backside of the villa, which is well maintained, always!

Meal Charges-

1) Breakfast-150/- per person. Breakfast includes Tea/Coffee, egg/omelet, Poha, Bread butter/jam.

2)Lunch/Dinner- Veg-450/- per person. This includes dal, steamed rice, vegetables, chapati, salad. Non-veg-500/- per person. This includes dal, steamed rice, salad, chicken, Chappati. Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there in the stay

Guest Access

The guest has access to the entire villa, all it's amenities and the parking.

Guest Interaction About the Host

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. Caretaker- Mr. Joseem is present at the villa and is always accessible to the guest. He has a cottage attached to the villa with a separate entrance. You can direct your queries to a dedicated stay manager. A comfortable stay is assured altogether!!
