It is a perfect sport for the leisure travellers.There are many interesting places around the property that includes Anjuna Beach (11.1 kms), Chapora Fort (11.9 kms), Coach Park (12 kms), Vagator Beach (12.2 kms) and Ozran Beach (12.3 kms). Nearest airport is Goa Airport. Property Facilities: The property renders facilities like Wi-Fi internet, front desk, 24 hours security, airport transfer (chargeable) and parking. Saraya Eco Stay is a simple andunique accommodation but also very close to nature in many ways. Please do not be surprised to spot little frogs in the washrooms, spiders weaving their webs between the trees, ants moving along their way, birds in the mornings and evenings and more! We also have a good group of 12 amazing and affectionate Dogs and a few Cats as well on the property that we take care of and who also the care takers of the space. Our rooms do not have air conditioning or television sets but all the basic amenities like Fans, charging points, ambient lights,the appropriate linen, mosquito nets , etc are all there and please do not feel shy to ask for what else is possible. Also, we retain the right to ask any guest who is behaving inappropriately to leave the premises at any time, if it is a bother to the other guests, staff and volunteers living on the premises.Tree Dormitory/Shared Living Space:-Since we are a traveller's ecostay, all the guests who are checking in (Indian andForiegn Citizens), are required to produce their passports at Check In. We do not accommodate travellers without passports and will be forced to terminate such bookings without refund. We do not encourage group bookings or long stays. For bookings of more than 4 guests in a group or stay of more than 10 nights, please email us first to get authorisation, else we reserve the right to terminate bookings without refund. (Kindly do not make multiple bookings because this policy is strictly enforced at Check In). Please be respectful to our need for cleanliness in the living space and shared washrooms. Avoid loud music in the living space, excessive noise in the shared andcommon spaces. All of this because more than one individual is sharing the same common space. Please be considerate and sensitive to other people sharing the space:- 1) Do not disturb any one elses belongings 2)Respect everyones personal space 3) Do not enter any shared or private room that is not alloted or booked by you. We encourage guests in the Tree house Dormitory to keep silent in the living space after 10 pm so that people in the shared accommodation can sleep. There is a chill out space in the Cafe that can be accessed in the evenings for people who would like to chill and chat after silent hours. Using or sitting on any other bed, apart from the one allotted is prohibited and can result in a fine of the cost of the bed. ALCOHOL andSMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE DORMITORY. Security Deposit - Refundable security deposit equalling the amount of one-night stay. Please inquire about the Dustbins on the property and please do not litter in the Eco Stay or any other part of the property. Soaps, Shampoo andTowels are not a part of the Dormitory room rate but simple cotton Towels can be purchased at the reception for a fixed charge. Saraya is an Eco Stay- It is an alternate style accommodation so please go through the amenities and photographs provide so that you are aware of theses details before booking the property. The Saraya Tree House Dormitory is s place for travellers who are looking for an eco friendly , natural andpeaceful stay and do not recommend this space for people who are looking for a party hostel. There are many other hostels in Goa closer to the beach that provide for these kinds of travellers. If one is extending their booking the booking has to be made before the check out time of the current booking in order to avoid a fine for late check out without notice. Late check out is only possible sometimes so please inquire with the reception in advance or guests are charged to room rate for the next day as well. There is CCTV surveillance in the common areas but not in the living space so please do keep your belongings safe and please do keep important documents , excess cash, electronics etc. locked andsafe in the reception space. Saraya does not take responsibility for the loss of any perosnal items so please take care of your own belongings. Please refrain from storing or consuming food in the private rooms as it may attract unwanted pests like ants and other insects. Private Washroom or Bathroom is located at ground level of treehouse.
