BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms
2 are in the main house and 1 is separate. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
The living area is spacious and has more than sufficient seating space for all guests . The garden is huge - over 13,400 sq ft. - and is great for the group to hang out together.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, basic utensils and condiments, refrigerator, microwave and water filter. Guests may use the kitchen for light cooking only.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa and the garden. 1 room in the main house which is occupied by the host will not be accessible to the guest.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as Card games, Monopoly, Twister and Tambola. Guests can go boating in the river.
HOUSE RULES
Loud music is not allowed after 10PM. Drinking is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

POLICIES
The main house has 3 rooms out of which 1 room is occupied by the host of the property.
Check-in time is 12PM. Check-out time is 11AM. The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. Swimming in the lake is not allowed. Stags are not allowed. A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay, we can offer you A full refund if you are cancelling more than 14 days before your check-in date. A 50% refund if you are cancelling more than 7 days of your check-in date. No refund if you are cancelling within 7 days of your check-in date.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Driver Accommodation: Rs. 1000/- BBQ will be arranged on additional cost.
