Location: -Ours is a bungalow lies in amidst of 10 acres coffee plantation, about 2 Km from Kalpetta, capital of Wayanad. Property Facilities: -We offer you Ayurveda at its purest form including diet, treatment, medicines prepared by ourselves. -We focus on the complete health of the individual both body and mind. -We follow Ayurveda diet and daily regimen with yoga and meditation. Food Options: -Our food will be purely organic and Satwik and vegetarian. -Dinner will be served between 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm Activities: -We help you to learn meditation, yoga, farming lessons, and taking you through our garden containing more than a hundred species of medicinal plants. -You can also find your star sign tree in our Nakshatravanam -Our routine: Our day starts at 7 am with Dinacharya,Anjanam for the eyes, Nasya for other sense organs cleansing, medicated drink for detoxification and for a better bowel movement. -Then yoga at 7:30 to 8:30 and thereafter breakfast at 9 am. -For Ayurveda treatment from experienced doctors and Ayurveda panchakarma therapist, then you can use our services from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm 5:30 to 6:30 is walk with nature, tour in our herbal garden and nearby places 6:30 to 7:00 is Satsang and prayer time, one person from each room will be lighting the lamps in our central courtyard as a symbol of universal harmony and we welcome you to do meditation in our yoga hall.
