Burj Baneria

Historically a burj in Rajasthan, was a structure on the ramparts of a fort which gave a vantage view and a clear perspective of the area around. Similarly, Burj Baneria, perched on a hillside, gives a vantage view of Udaipur & its lakes; hence, the unique name. The home owners fell in love with this view, therefore, decided to make a home for themselves. They have recently opened their home to the world of hospitality.Our home is far from the maddening rush of the city giving one an experience of the tranquil and unexplored part of Udaipur where the rising sun offers a marvelous view from every room. We are well equipped with all modern amenities for a luxurious stay and our friendly staff is happy to attend to all the needs of the guests to make their stay a memorable one. There is a rooftop dining area for the guests to enjoy their meals gazing at the historic view of the city. With prior notice, we organize a Heritage Dining Experience for the guests where the meal includes Heritage Cuisine of Rajputana prepared by a Gourmet Chef.It has an easy access to the City Palace and the old city with a short drive around the lake for 10 minutes ( 4.8 km), Sajjangarh (popularly known as Monsoon Palace) at a distance of 25 minutes (8.3 km) and 21 minutes to Fateh Sagar Lake (7.4 km).As the slope gets a bit steep, the adventurous lot will love the challenge of the climb, but for the faint-hearted , the owners are more than happy to give a helping hand. There is ample parking space available to the guests. Shuttles are available to Burj Baneria from the airport, railway station and the bus stand.
