Located in pretty central part of Dal Lake. This is nice houseboat in \"A\" category. There is direct view of Boulevard road and Shankaracharya Temple. Young Farooq takes personal care of the guests. No additional charges for heater in winter.

The rooms are well decorated, fully carpeted, have TV and have bath tubs in bathrooms.
The houseboat is classified as \"A\" Class by Dept of Tourism.
Hot and Cold running water is available.
D G set is available for power back up.
Home Cooked Veg and Non Veg would be provided on request.
Sight-seeing, Local transportation, visit to Pahalgam, Sonamarg etc. can be arranged.
Mountain trekking, Water trekking and Trout fishing can be arranged.
Tariff includes Shikara charges to and fro to nearest point on land.
No Extra charges for children and extra persons in the rooms; however they should be be limited.
