HOUSE RULES• Loud music is not allowed after 10PM.• Guests are requested not to speak in very loud voices post 10PM as the voice carries through the hills and can disturb others in the area.• Although pets are welcome, pet parents should ensure they are well trained and do not dirty the space or cause any damages.• Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.• Stag events are not allowed at the villa.• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.• Plucking of fruits and flowers from the orchard is strictly forbidden HOME TRUTHSWhile we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!The villa is a part of a gated community and there are CCTVs in the outside area.Although free WiFi is provided, its functionality and speed is subject to the network at any given time.NEIGHBOURHOODThe Blue Mountains have always been shrouded in mysticism, and Ooty is no exception to that. For every mountain lover, the very idea of travelling to the city known as the Queen of the Hills holds an allure like no other.The Lilly is located very close to the famous St. Stephen’s Church in Ooty, so you can be sure you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and it helps that a major tourist attraction is a stone’s throw away. Apart from these convenient routes, guests can also drive down to the villa as The Lilly offers secured parking space for up to 5 cars.POLICIES- Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 10AM.- The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals.- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.- A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable.- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.- In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay, we can offer you- A full refund if you are cancelling more than 14 days before your check-in date. - A 50% refund if you are cancelling more than 7 days of your check-in date. - No refund if you are cancelling within 7 days of your check-in date.- If any foreigners are coming, it has to be intimated to the owner prior.- Any foreign national or special food preferences have to be informed prior.- If at all the guests wish to use the kitchen for any reason, it will be chargeable. ADDITIONAL COSTSBoth lunch and dinner are available.
