Youll love my place because of the ambience and the location in the heart of Delhi. It is a fully furnished apartment with an access to a beautiful terrace with lot of greenery, which is ideal for Yoga in the morning & dinners in the evening. All rooms have air-conditioners and it is equipped with a high speed WIFI. Metro is just 7-8 mins walk. 5-7 mins from BLK and Ganga Ram hospital. There is a full power backup generator. It is safe for women travelers. Its your home away from home. The space Ours is a fully furnished apartment located in the heart of Central Delhi. The whole neighborhood is safe, airy, green and full of sunlight. It is a newly built property with all modern facilities. There is a full power back up generator installed in the building so now power cuts are not a problem anymore. There are 3 bedrooms : 1. 1st bed room as a Double Bed with very comfortable orthopedic mattress 2. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen's Bed with very comfortable orthopedic mattress 3. 3rd Bedroom also has a Queen's Bed with very comfortable orthopedic mattress >> Clean set of Bed linen, quilts and Towels are provided. >>All rooms have spacious wardrobes with hangers inside. >>All bed rooms have air-conditioners, for winters we provide Blowers for heating. Bathrooms >> One washroom is attached with a bedroom and the 2nd one is common for two other rooms >> All washrooms have Geyser/ water heater >> All washrooms are provided with Liquid soap, Body wash, Shampoo. Feel free to ask for more if they finish >> Toilet paper/rolls >> It has head shower Dinning room >>There is a spacious dining area, having a big dinning table with 6 comfortable chairs. >> it has a luggage table , >> Iron and Hair dryer is provided Kitchen >> There is a well equipped kitchen which has all the latest gadgets like : Fridge Toaster Tea maker (& complimentary Tea sachets , sugar, milk) Gas Stove Micro wave oven Cutlery Dinner set , glasses , cups >> Necessary utensils are available to cook food, if you need anything else to cook do let us know. Check-in I will be greeting you if you come between 10 am to 7 pm , before and after this time, there is a caretaker Ram/ Vipin who will let you in. Housekeeping We give you a clean apartment and daily cleaning can be provided on request, so when you want the cleaning either message me or tell the caretaker and the housekeeping people will come and clean the apartment , preferably in your presence. Housekeeping timings are between 9 am to 5 pm No cleaning is given on Sundays. But if you are checking In on a Sunday then you get a neat and clean apartment. Please keep the garbage outside your apartment on the stairs, the housekeeping staff will collect it. If your stay is for more than a week then we change Linens and towels on every 5th day.
Guest access >The whole floor will be your own private space. >You have access to the roof terrace which is on the 5th floor of the building. View of lot of green plants and the green belt in the surrounding area gives a very refreshing feeling. On the terrace you can do yoga in the morning and Enjoy your dinners in the evening. >You can use the stairs/ lift to access your rooms on the 4th floor. This apartment is on the 4th floor but You can use the lift which is in the adjoining building, so you go up on the terrace which is on 5th floor and then walk down by stairs on the 4th floor apartment. So basically you will be going up and down one staircase only You have access to the- - TV with an access to Amazon, Voot, ALt Balaji, Cartoon network etc. - Free Wi-Fi facility, please ask for the password on arrival. I have facility of RO water ( it is a water purification technology) in the apartment so you would get clean drinking water 24 hrs. Other things to note Though the check in time is 12 pm , but If you have an early flight and you need to check in early before the check in time, then please inform me prior to your trip so that if there are any possibilities of that, then I can make arrangements and also for such too early check ins there will be a minimal charge. un-booked date between early He is available to handover the keys. >> Sir Ganga ram Hospital and BLK hospitals are just 7-8 mins by cab, so it is a very convenient place to stay for the patients family >>All washrooms are provided with liquid soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper. Please bring your other toiletries like body lotion, conditioners, toothpaste, toothbrush etc.) >>There is a super convenient local grocery store called "The food bazaar" from where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, juices etc.and anything for your daily needs >>In case you need a pick up and drop from airport , then do inform me I can arrange it from a very reliable and honest source , A sedan takes 1200/- and an SUV takes 1800/-, the local drivers bring you directly to the apartment. I can help you plan your Agra / Vrindavan trip, by hiring an all day Taxi service for you >> I can book TRAIN TICKETS for you online, incase you find it difficult to book yourself. You can pay me at actuals the ticket charges, I do not take any commission for this.
