Approximately 650 meters 1500 meters away York Sula Vineyard, Vineyard by Red Stone is luxury villa in Nashik offering a comfortable stay to its guests. This villa has 3 well-kept and spacious rooms. Amenities include a spacious and airy living room with air-conditioner, offering a view of the paddy fields and the river is perfect to sooth your senses. The fully equipped kitchen has an 8 seater dining table, two refrigerators, water purifier and crockery. Everything in the house is designed materialistically keeping in mind that this was supposed to be our families weekend getaway. Guest can order food from near by Restaurants and Dhabbas serving to the villa both veg and non-veg meals and it will be delivered at villa. Vineyard by Red Stone Villa has a 7 acres of private vineyard and also it offers pleasant view of the lake. House Rules: - No music allowed outdoors after 10 pm, can be played indoors at low volume. - No use of the Pool after 10 pm strictly. - A security deposit of INR 5000/- will be taken by the caretaker at the time of checkin which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout. - Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited - Plucking of any flowers or fruits planted within the villa premises are Strictly prohibited. - Main villa gate shall be closed at 11 pm after which entry or exit to the villa shall not be allowed. - DJ are Strictly not allowed at this house - Any damage to artefacts at villa shall lead to deduction in security deposit - Drive slowly on the road which leads to Villa as there are nearby villagers and kids who wander around. - No floating guests allowed who shall come from pune at the villa for a day and leave by night.
