SaffronStays Lake House~Bouganvillea is a 4-bedroom pool villa located on a 4-acre private farm stay in Nashik. Nestled amidst abundant flora and fauna, the estate overlooks the Mahiravani Dam and is located 4 hours (169 km) away from Mumbai. The estate also has several shared spaces like an entertainment room, outdoor dining areas, a basketball court, expansive lawns, a bonfire area and gazebos. The private estate also has 2 cottages with private plunge pools SaffronStays Lake House ~ Marigold and 2 cottages with private backyards SaffronStays Lake House ~ Dahlia on the same premises. Homestay Layout & Shared Spaces: 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) has spacious verandahs that overlook the Mahiravani Dam waters and the vast plantations across the estate. Guests can book 1 or more rooms. The farm stay also has several shared spaces like a swimming pool, an entertainment room with indoor games and books, a basketball court, gazebos, a campfire site with rustic seating and outdoor dining areas by the water. Backstory: The Home Owners have poured their heart and soul into converting barren land into this beautiful 4-acre farm stay. They have immense love for farming and landscaping and have planted acres of flora and fauna. You can find grape orchards, chikoo and mango plantations, coconuts and several flowering plants that bloom all around the year. Every piece of furniture including the doors and windows that are made of teak wood has been upcycled from the homeowner's 200-year-old wada. The villa has been built from a unique yellow stone that was discovered onsite and was constructed by local tribal karigars using ancient building techniques and craftsmanship. What can you do here: Indulge in activities like yoga sessions by the lake, games on the outdoor court, archery, air rifle, barbeque, bonfire, board games or a quiet read in the entertainment room.
