This Villa is a minimalistic, luxurious villa, with a gorgeous outdoor pool that overlooks lush greenery and a serene lake. The bedrooms all have hotel style king sized beds, and bathrooms are tidy, with 24/7 hot water supply available. At this villa we are happy to offer not only a free breakfast, but, with prior notice, a complimentary tour of the nearby York Winery as well! With a huge lawn that can accommodate about a 100 people, and private parking space for 10 cars, this space is perfect for events as well. Extra mattresses can be provided on request- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all roomsLiving Room:- The living area faces the pool- The dining area seats 8 people- Guests have access to Wi-FiBathrooms:- The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom- All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathroomsKitchen and Meals:- A complimentary breakfast will be served at the villa- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier- Cooking by guests is not allowed in the kitchen- Crockery is available for 20 peopleLawn: - The villa has a 2000 sq. ft. private lawn - Events can be organized in the lawn with prior notice where about 100 people can be accommodatedPool:- The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate upto 15 people- Pool size: 40ft x 12ft with a depth of 4 ft.- Kids must always be accompanied by adultsEntertainment:- The villa has some games such as chess and badminton - Books and toys for children are also availableHouse Rules- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 9:30 PM- Cooking is not allowed at the villa- No footwear is allowed inside the villaOther things to note- This is a pet-friendly villa, however there’s an additional charge to it- A complimentary tour of York Winery can be arranged with prior notice- Secured parking space for upto 10 cars is available- A medical kit with basic first aid is available at the villa- A power backup is available at the villa- Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool- There is a terrace - children must be under adult supervision- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.This fee is nonrefundable.- Drivers accommodation is chargeable.- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guestGuest AccessWith the exception of the kitchen, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.Interaction with GuestsThe host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.
