The space The Apartment is recently renovated tastefully with Scandinavian interiors. The house being south west facing has ample of sunlight during the day so that one can enjoy reading books or spending the time at the terrace or in the garden. The balcony/terrace have a spectacular view of the doon valley. This studio type 2BR apartment has two rooms, both attached with washrooms and a kitchenette with basic necessities like refrigerator and induction stove. We offer 4 well connected apartments for rent amongst many others. All can be booked separately as well as together. For Booking you may check the other listings by the same name. Guest access Being right in the lap of nature, giving a view of the lush-green mountains, our guests can sit back and relax and enjoy nature's tranquility in their private balconies. They also have the access to the step garden, the terraces and the Parking. Other things to note 1. The guests will have to climb multiple stair cases. 2. The Water travels 46kms to reach our home, and in Mussoorie water is in scarcity, so please use it JUDICIALLY. 3. Towels and Linens consume a lot of water, please try and reuse them, until and unless it really necessary. 4. Its relatively quieter place, we request you to keep the noise down from 11 pm to 7 am. 5. Smoking is allowed in the common areas and in balconies but NOT in the rooms. 6. Services / Products provided by the caretaker are Paid (other than cleaning) 7. Guests will be provided 3Ltrs of Mineral water per day.
