The villa is nestled at an elevation of 7000 ft. and is close to the hot springs of Vashisht and the Jogni waterfall, which are interesting to make a visit to while you stay here. At nominal charges, bonfires and barbecues can be arranged. It truly is an idyllic place to spend a few days away from city life at. Space: Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor and 1 on the third floor) - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattress can be provided on request. - All bedrooms have a room heater, a TV, a refrigerator and an intercom. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Area: - The living area is spacious and can accommodate about 20 people. - There is a balcony attached to the living area. Guest can enjoy the beautiful view with a cup of hot coffee. - The indoor fireplace is available at an additional cost Bathrooms: - The villa has 6 private bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Some bathroom have bathtubs - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided Kitchen & Meals: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Cooking and consumption of Non-veg food is not allowed - Guest are not allowed to cook at the villa. - A chef can be arranged at an additional cost. - Meals can be arranged at an additional cost - Crockery is available for 17 people Lawn: - The villa has a private lawn with a beautiful view - A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost House Rules: - No loud music is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM - Drinking is not allowed inside the villa - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa - IDs are required for all guests Additional Amenities: - WiFi is available - A torch is available - An iron is available - A hair-dryer is available - Guests may use the wardrobes - A medical kit is available at the villa - Mosquito repellent can be provided - Indoor games are available - Secured parking space for 4 cars is available - Driver accomodation can be arranged at an additional cost - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost Other things to note: - It is a 50 step climb up to the property. The elderly and others who have trouble with mobility may find it difficult. - There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa and in the dining area. - Meals, if provided by the cook, will be served at appropriate meal timings - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. Interaction with Guests The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
