The rooms have an attached balcony with the view of the valley as well as of the pool.- Each room has a double bed and can accommodate upto 3 people in each room with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided).- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms.Living area:- The living area is located on the ground floor and is equipped with an air conditioner and a flat screen color TV where you can unwind over some TV shows or movies.- The dining area seats 6 people.- The living area is brightly lit with modern furniture, spacious enough to accommodate 10-12 people.Bathrooms:- The villa has 4 private bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.- The common bathrooms are on the ground floor.- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.- Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided.Kitchen:- The villa has a fully functional kitchen and is accessible to guests at an additional cost.- The villa has an open kitchen with equipment’s like cooking gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and crockery available to guests.- A chef can be arranged at an additional cost.- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost with advance notice.Pool:- The villa has a private pool which can easily accommodate up-to 10 people.- Pool size: 28ft x 15ft with a depth of 5ft.Lawn:- A huge lawn area welcomes you as soon as you enter the villa.- The villa has a beautiful garden with swings and seating area for 4-5 People.- The lawn is spacious enough to accommodate 25-30 people.Entertainment:- The villa has an entertainment box. A bonfire can be arranged at a prior notice on an additional cost.House Rules- No loud music.- Drinking inside the pool is not allowed.- Pets are not allowed inside the pool.Other things to note- The villa can accommodate up to 25-30 people.- Guests can park upto 2 vehicles inside the villa premises and 1-2 outside.- A medical kit, including mosquito repellent, is available at the villa.- There is power backup available at the villa.- Loud music is allowed upto 11 pm only, and post that it can be played at a lower volume.- It is advised that the guests use maps while driving down to the villa for detecting its proper location for their convenience.- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.
