This room has a king size bed. This room can accommodate upto 4 guests and extra mattresses would be provided.- The 2nd and the 3rd bedroom are located on the 1st floor and have an attached bathroom each. Each room has a king size bed and extra mattresses can be provided.- All the rooms are spacious and can accommodate upto 4 guests in each room.- Fresh linens are provided in all rooms for comfortable stay.Bathrooms:- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa all together. 2 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor inside the rooms and there is one common bathroom in the living area.- The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.- The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained.- We also provide essentials like towels, toilet papers and basic toiletries.Common Areas:- The living area is located on the ground floor and is spacious with a seating arrangement.- The living area has a pool view.- There is a flat screen color TV where you can unwind over some TV shows or movies.- There is one small balcony on the 1st floor with artificial grass. This is made for the guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful view.Kitchen & Meals:- The villa has a private kitchen.- Gas stove is not available in the kitchen.- The kitchen can only be used in order to heat or store the food.- Cutlery, oven, fridge and Aquaguard is available in the kitchen.- The cooking and / or consumption of non vegetarian food is not allowed at this villa.- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.- For groups of 10 or more guests, meals are priced at Rs. 1300 per person per day.- For groups of less than 10 guests, meals are priced at Rs. 1500 per person per day.- The meals may be prepared at the villa, or prepared in a central kitchen and delivered fresh.- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.- Ordering in / cooking / hiring or bringing a cook along are not permitted.- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.Pool:- The villa has a private pool.- The pool accommodates about 7-8 people.Lawn:- The villa has a private lawn with artificial grass.Terrace:- The terrace has a great hill view.Entertainment:- The villa has indoor games available for your entertainment such as cards, carom, cricket bat and ball, and badminton rackets.- Snooker table usage charges are Rs 3000/-Note:- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire villa.The NeighbourhoodThis pool villa is tucked away in the lush green valleys of Lonavala.
