Please note that we have taken the following measures at our property for our staff as per WHO guidelines in light of COVID-19 in order to provide a safe & protected environment to all our guests:

1. Washing their hands frequently and thoroughly

2. Monitoring temperatures daily to see if its below 99.1F

3. Wearing masks & gloves when in proximity of guests and each other as well

4. Use of hand gloves when carrying out cleaning work & when handling waste

5. Use of tissues when sneezing or coughing and immediately wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

6. Deep cleaning before every check in & post every check out of the entire villa with phenolic disinfectant

7. Sanitizing high-touch points at our property like switches, door knobs, remote controls etc

8. Placing of sanitizers in the entrance and living rooms

9. Maintain social distancing from each other as well as all guests during their stay

10. Guests will have restricted access to books, games & common swimming pools

The Space:

BEDROOMS

- There are 4 bedrooms, all with AC.

- Attached bathrooms are offered in 4 rooms, 1 has a shared bathroom.

- 4 bedrooms have queen-sized beds.

BATHROOMS

- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 shared.

- All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

- Separate dressing areas are offered in all bathrooms except the common one.

- All 4 washrooms are linked with a central Boiler ( not individual geysers ).

- An open to sky shower in the ground floor wash room with total privacy for having a shower in the sunlight

COMMON AREAS

- The living room seats up to 15 people. It offers an AC, music system and TV.

- The dining area seats up to 8 people.

- There are 2 terraces which offer seating for up to 8 and 20 respectively.

- There is a 1400 sq.ft. lawn which can accomodate 15 people.

- Roof Terrace ( approx 850 sq ft area) on the 2 nd Floor can host a Family Party / get -to-gether with DJ & music . The Terrace has an Open Pantry stone counter with Sink & a Microwave facility along with a Terrace wash Room . The terrace can accommodate 25-30 guests

KITCHEN

- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water purifier, a toaster, a mixer, a refrigerator and a microwave.

- Crockery and cutlery are available.

- Cooking of non-veg is not allowed in the villa. However, consumption is allowed.

- The dining area can seat up to 10 persons.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

FOOD

- Guests can also eat out at nearby restaurants like Sindhu Dhaba and Maval Darbar.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We are able to provide accommodation for your personal staff with their independent separate washrooms at a nominal additional cost.

Driver/Maid Accomodation :-

- Driver Room ( independent ) can accommodate 2 drivers -1 bed & 1 floor mattress

- Servant Room can accommodate 2 maids / 2 Servants - a double bed ( independent of Driver Room )

- Both staff room share a separate Indian WC & Bathroom- both separate in a common lobby approachable to both staff rooms.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy games like badminton, carrom, cards and board games. Guests can take a peaceful walk amidst nature.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things wed like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- In case of a power outage, the inverter offers backup.

HOUSE RULES

- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.

- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare Tea, coffee, instant noodles and infant food.

- Cooking of non-veg is not allowed in the villa. However, consumption is allowed.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to usfor assistance.
