The living room is large enough for the whole group to comfortably sit around, chat and play games. The rooms have charming four-poster beds with tidy linen, and the bathrooms are modern and clean. A bunch of indoor games and a badminton set are available for you at the villa. There is a swing in the patio area which is sure to be your favorite spot to unwind at. Extra mattresses can be provided on request- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all roomsLiving Room:- The living room has seating arrangements for 9 people- The living room is air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV- Wi-Fi is also available for freeBathrooms:- The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are providedKitchen & Meals:- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a gas stove, an oven and a water purifier- Spices and condiments are available at the kitchen- The kitchen is fully functional and is accessible to the guests- Non-Veg cooking is not allowed in the kitchen, however its consumption is allowed in the villa- Crockery is available for 15 peopleLawn:- The villa has a huge private lawn- The lawn has seating arrangements for 6 peopleEntertainment:- The villa has games such as Monopoly, Playing cards, Scattergories, Jenga- Badminton set is also available at the villa- A music system is available at the villaHouse Rules- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa- No footwear inside the villaOther things to note- This is a pet-friendly villa- Secured parking space for 4 cars is available- The property has multiple levels, please be careful while walking around as there are no railings- Monkeys tend to hang around in the trees and can sometimes enter the house- Doors and windows are recommended to be closed during the stay- A mosquito repellent is available at the villa- The driver can be accommodated at an additional cost- Identity proofs are mandatory for each individual- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.
