A barbecue or bonfire can be arranged for your group here, and these are bound to make your stay here a memorable one!SpaceLet me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (3 bedrooms on the ground floor 2 on the first floor)- The villa has 5 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed- Extra mattresses can be provided on request- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms- Some bedrooms have a television where you can sit back relax and watch your favorite moviesLiving Room:- The villa has a huge living room that can accommodate upto 25 people- There is a seating area alongside a bar platform on the first floor where you can practice your bartending skills- Stay connected as Wi-Fi is available for freeBathrooms:- The villa has 5 private bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are providedKitchen & Meals:- There are two kitchens, one open kitchen in the living area equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier and a commercial kitchen equipped with all utilities required for a large group cooking.- The commercial kitchen is accessible to the guests at an additional cost- Meals can be arranged at an additional cost- Crockery is available for upto 25 peoplePool and Lawn:- The villa has a private and covered swimming pool that can accommodate upto 10-12 people- The villa has a spacious private lawn that can accommodate around 30 people- Day events for upto 30 people can be organized with a prior noticeEntertainment & Relaxation:- The villa has indoor games such as carrom for entertainment- A music system is available at the property- A private bar is available to the guestsHouse Rules- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa- No footwear allowed inside the villa- Although consumption of non-vegetarian food is permitted, cooking non-vegetarian food is not allowed at the villaOther things to note- Parking space for upto 3 cars is available- A medical kit is available at the villa- A power backup is available for the first floor of the villa- The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavourable weather. - Please don't follow the route provided by Google maps, the best route will be provided with directions in words- Identity proofs are mandatory for all the guests- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A non-refundable damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.
