Vista Mirabella is a spacious 3 BHK villa located in a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the Lonavala market. The villa has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, private lawn and a shared swimming pool. The villa is ideal for a weekend getaway for a group of family or friends.SpaceBedrooms:All 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with attached baths. We provide towels and toiletries. All rooms are connected to balconies or open terrace. Living room is furnished and equipped with Tata Sky cable network, LED television, music system, and a bar.14 people can stay here comfortably with extra mattresses. An inverter is present as well, in case of power failures.Kitchen & Food:The kitchen has all amenities like a gas range, oven, toaster, juicer, refrigerator, pure drinking water, utensils, crockery, cooking oil, spices, and ice. The menus and numbers are available at the villa. MEALS:If non veg is allowed at the villa:- Guests may use the kitchen only for basics such as tea/coffee/ instant noodles/food for infants.- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.- For groups of 10 or more guests, meals are priced at Rs. 1300 for vegetarian meals and Rs. 1500 for non-vegetarian meals per person per day.- For groups of less than 10 guests, meals are priced at Rs. 1500 for vegetarian meals and Rs. 1700 for non-vegetarian meals per person per day.- The meals may be prepared at the villa, or prepared in a central kitchen and delivered fresh.- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.- Ordering in /cooking/hiring or bringing a cook along are not permitted.- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.Common Areas:This is a complex of 11 villas, (currently only 4 villas are operational) there is one main gate and then each villa has its own gate, lawn and full privacy. A first aid kit is available. Lawns have beautiful greenery, swing and outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is shared by owners and guests of all 4 villas. It can be accessed at any time of the day.Private car park space is available at no extra charge. We have a trained, young and helpful caretaker 24/7 to keep the place clean, assist you and make your stay comfortable. We make sure our guests are relaxed and comfortable.Activities:The villa is surrounded by mountains and have many sight-seeing spots and restaurants in the vicinity.Other things to note- Drinking is allowed.- Smoking is not allowed.- During monsoons, there may be a slight leakage in the villa.- The lawn is lush during and post the monsoons, but may seem dry int the summer.- ID proofs are mandatory.- The exterior of the villa will be covered with a waterproof tarred cloth to avoid leakage during the monsoon season.- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire villa and the common areas including the pool.The NeighborhoodStep out of your villa and find Lonavala waiting to be explored.
