This is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS

- There are 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor.

- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

- All rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS

- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa. - 3 attached, 1 common bathroom on the ground floor and 1 shared bathroom between two rooms on the first floor.

- The shared bathroom on the first floor is interconnected with a door in the middle.

- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a separate dressing area.

COMMON AREAS

- The living room seats up to 18 people. It offers a music system and TV.

- The dining area seats up to 8 people.

- There is a 2,000 sq. ft lawn with accommodation for up to 75 people.

- The other lawn is 1800 sq ft. in size.

- There are 2 swimming pools.

- One of the pools is 12x25 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.

- The kids pool is 7x4 ft. in size and 2 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN

- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water purifier, a toaster, a mixer, a refrigerator and a microwave.

- Crockery and cutlery are available.

- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

- The caretaker can prepare meals for the guests at an additional cost.

FOOD

- All meals are available at an additional cost.

- Guests can also opt for only breakfast and dinner at a cost of Rs. 1500/- per person, per day.

- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We can provide free accommodation for 1 female staff member. The stay does not include meals.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards or ludo and outdoor games like cricket or badminton. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things wed like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- Although not frequent, snakes can be spotted around the villa. Guests are advised to stay cautious.

- There is a CCTV camera installed in the living room, near the entrance and in the gardens for security purposes.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support one tubelight and one fan from each room for up to 24 hours.

- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.

- We are unable to offer WiFi here.

- Jio/Airtel/Vodafone work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 6000/- for 4 people.

- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.

- Distance from Pune International Airport - 73 km.

- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 3 km.

- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 3 km.

- Distance from Lonavala Market - 20 to 25 minutes.

HOUSE RULES

- Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.

- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

- Pets are not allowed in the pool.

- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

- This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
