All in all Kapoor Wadi is perfect for a small group to relax and unwind.The Space: Let me walk you through the villa:Bedrooms: (All bedrooms are on the ground floor)- The villa has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner- All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all roomsLiving Room:- The living area is located on the ground floor and is quite spacious with a seating arrangement- There is a flat screen TV for guests to enjoy their favourite TV shows and moviesBathrooms:- The villa has 1 private bathroom and 1 shared bathroom - All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathroomsKitchen:- The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove and a water purifier- The kitchenette and dining area are on the first floor- Guests are not allowed to cook in the property.- Guests may reheat on the induction cooker or microwave provided.- Crockery is available for 8 people- Barbecue is available at the villaLawn: - The villa has a huge private lawn- The lawn is well maintained and has an outdoor seating space for 10 people- Music is not allowed outdoors.Pool:- The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate upto 8-10 people.- The pool is usable from 10AM to 7PM.- Guests will be allowed to use the pool strictly in swimwear.- Kids must always be accompanied by adults.- Pool size: 50 ft x 18 ft with a depth of 5 ft.- Music is not allowed outdoors.Entertainment:- A few board games and books are available at the villaHouse Rules:- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM- No Music should be played besides the Swimming Pool.- Cooking is not allowed at the villa- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa- Footwear is not allowed inside the villa- Guests must not enter the second house on the estate. That is private property.- Strictly no hookahs allowed anywhere on the premises.Guest Access:With the exception of the kitchen, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.Interaction with Guests:The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property and his timing is (8am to 1pm & 3pm to 7pm) to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note:- This is a pet-friendly villa- Secured parking space for upto 4 cars is available- A medical kit with basic first aid is available at the villa- A power backup is available at the villa- Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool- Monkeys, chickens and a few other creatures can sometimes be found in the villa premises- Doors and windows are recommended to be closed during the stay- There is a terrace. Children must be under adult supervision- A refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in. A full refund will be made at checkout, if there is no damage to the property during the stay- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs. 1,000.
