Sadh Villa is a palatial 7BHK villa with a private pool. The property exudes grandeur with tall pillars, spacious rooms and corridors and a large pool with a waterfall. The hall and lawn area has ample seating arrangement for a large group gathering. There is a children play area at the back lawn, overlooking the lake, which comprises of swings. To that effect, we provide- Power backup, AC, TV- Wardrobe, hangers- Geysers, towels, toiletries- Medical kit, mosquito repellent- Multiple indoor and outdoor games - Secured parking space for up to 5 carsAt an additional cost, we can offer- All mealsThe Space:Let us walk you through the space.BEDROOMS- There are 7 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor and 1 in the basement. - AC, TV and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.- All the rooms have double beds.BATHROOMS- There are 9 bathrooms in the villa - 7 attached, 2 common.- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.COMMON AREAS- The living room seats up to 16 people comfortably. - It offers AC and TV.- The dining area seats 8 people comfortably. - There are 2 lawns with seating and a swing set. - They can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably. - There is a pool.- The pool is 20x8 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.KITCHEN- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator and cooking utensils. - Crockery and cutlery are available for 14 people. - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.- Guests may also choose to eat out. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa. GUEST ACCESSThe guests have access to the entire villa.INTERACTION WITH GUESTSThe host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. ADDITIONAL COSTS- Meals are offered at an additional cost of Rs. 1300/- per person, per day, for a group of 10 or more guests. For a group of fewer than 10 guests, the meals are priced at Rs. 1500/- per person, per day. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 5 cars is available at Vista Sadh Villa.HOUSE RULES- Loud music is only allowed after 4 PM to 10 PM.- Drinking is only allowed outdoors. - Drinking inside the pool is not allowed.- Smoking is only allowed outdoors.- Pets are not allowed. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.POLICIES- The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals.- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.
