There is a ceiling shower available in all rooms.- Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are providedKitchen:- The villa has a fully functional kitchen and is accessible to guests- The villas has an open kitchen with equipments like cooking gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, mixer grinder, toaster and crockery.MEALS:- Guests may use the kitchen only for basics such as tea / coffee / instant noodles / food for infants.- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.- For groups of 10 or more guests, meals are priced at Rs. 1300 for vegetarian meals, and Rs. 1500 for non vegetarian meals per person per day.- For groups of less than 10 guests, meals are priced at Rs. 1500 for vegetarian meals, and Rs. 1700 for non vegetarian meals per person per day.- The meals may be prepared at the villa, or prepared in a central kitchen and delivered fresh.- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.- Ordering in / cooking / hiring or bringing a cook along are not permitted.- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.Lawn:- The villa has an outdoor front and back lawn area which is spacious enough to accomodate 10-15 people- There is a patio wherein the guests can sit, relax and spend their time- There is a single seater swing in the lawn where kids can enjoyEntertainment:- The villa has indoor games available for your entertainment such as carrom, jenga, badminton, cricket kit to name a few.- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost with advance noticeHouse Rules- Not suitable for pets- Check-in is anytime after 1PM- Check out by 11AMOther Things To Note- The villa is away from the city, so the guests should expect to face network issues in terms of internet service.- There are not many restaurants nearby so we can help the guest arrange for a chef or they can cook on their own in the kitchen- Power backup is available at the villa.- Guests can park 1-2 vehicles outside the villa- There is medical kit, including mosquito repellent, available at the villa.- Caretaker will be staying outside the villa premises and providing you with complete privacy- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.
