The apartment is located in the capital of the State in a safe neighborhood. It is an ideal place for tourists as the Miramar Beach is within a walking distance of 5 min from my place, the auto and bus stands along with the hop-on hop-off buses are all close by. There are many good restaurants around and the popular tourist destination - Dona Paula is just a 10 min drive away. The place is also well suited for children as there is a beautiful park and swimming pool is just five minutes walk from my place my place.The guests will be allowed to access one bedroom, one bathroom, the common-sitting area and the utility room.break fast is available Indian vegetarian food as per their order on chargeable basis space provided offers you one bedroom having attached bathroom,and small stainless steel sink to wash basic utensils.A fridge & an electric kettle, and above all induction to make your own hot drink and some ready to cook food,place is having microwave,washing machine dryer ,ironing board ,water filter machine .It is also having a common sitting area, a bathroom and a utility room guest enjoy the comfortable stay as all the amenities are behind one door ,its safe ,cosy and couple friendly. The place is spacious and comfortable. There is take away as well as sitting restaurant next door right below my place which is convenient for breakfast lunch and dinner late night also.The owner looks forward to hosting you! Shelives on the top floor of the building and hence will be available to you in person whenever you need anything. She will also prove very helpful to you in terms of guiding you about traveling in Goa and tell you about all the popular tourist destinations. Her intention is to make her guests feel as comfortable as possible so please do not hesitate to ask her anything! . Toiletries comprising shampoo, soap and toilet paper rolls are provided. The room has a tray containing a jug full of water, two glasses and some snacks. There is also a fridge and electric kettle present in the room. Utensils and cutlery will be provided upon request.She would very much appreciate it if you would treat her home like your own home and keep it clean. The guests are expected to clean their own utensils for which a dish soap and scrub is provided and wash their own clothes in the washing machine (detergent powder will be provided). The guests can also dry their clothes in the dryer provided and iron their clothes (iron and iron table provided). WiFi is provided and there is an A.C. and television in each bedroom with a Tata-Sky connection. A microwave is also present in the utility room.The homestay also provides clean drinking water from the water purifier that is installed in the utility room.NO SMOKING PROPERTY
