The farm has unique combination of Agriculture, Horticulture, Vegetables, Spices, Plantation crops, with Tourism Facility. It has developed Adventure sport, Bird watching, morning trails, Nakshatra Vana (Astral Garden), Butterfly Park, swimming pond etc

NV Ecofarm has come up with three high end cottages in their property for those of you who want to spend a night amongst lush green trees and wake up to the birds chirping. These are non ac cottages right now.

This is an ancestral property nestled amidst iron ore mines. This green patch of land containing cashew, arecanut, coconut, black pepper, papaya, pineapple plantations, Local fruit trees, spices and medicinal plants labeled with their botanical and common name with its uses. A natural flowing steam in the monsoons which has been converted into a water body. Butterfly park and Nakshatra Vann are our attraction. A large number of birds found on this property. Since it is a village we decided to include goan breakfast, Lunch, and dinner in the package.
