EKO STAY - OCEAN CREST VILLA

This is a 3bhk beachfront property with a private pool. The villa is a stone throw away from Anjuna Beach and is in close proximity to all the buzzing shacks and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The property features three rooms with a kitchen setup along with a spectacular 24 x 12 private pool in the backyard. All three rooms have a private entrance. Ideal for families, couples and group of friends looking to unwind Goa. The property is located just at a minutewalk from the Anjuna Beach. The beach is a sandy cove dotted with palms and black rocks and was a well-known destination among hippies since in 1960s. Today it's known for its electronic music trance parties. Each Wednesday, a sprawling flea market sells handicrafts, jewellery and food. North of the beach is St. Anthonys Chapel, an old church with a whitewashed facade. Space- Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (1 studio room on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) - All bedrooms have air-conditioners. - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request Bathrooms: - The villa has 1 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the first floor between two rooms. -Basic toiletries are provided. Kitchen & Meals: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier - The kitchen can be used at an additional cost - Caterer can be arranged if informed 2 days prior to arrival. - Crockery is available for 10 people House rules: - Playing loud music is not allowed post 10PM - IDs are required. -Pool allowed till 11pm. -Swimming costume is compulsory. Additional amenities: - Street parking space is available - Inverter backup is available of upto 3-4 hours, in the event of a power failure only lights and fan shall be working. - Guests may use the wardrobes - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests - The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals. - For mosquitos, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to and there are no damages done by the guests. Guest Access: The entire villa indoor and outdoor spaces along with the private pool are accessible to guests.
