Its setting inside a 10 acre coffee plantation by the Kaveri river makes for the perfect hideout. While its cosy rooms are inviting, it's hard to resist the splendour of the pool with its breathtaking tropical view. Breakfast is complimentary, and all other meals can be taken care of as well. All you have to do is to sit back and relax with your favourites - and perhaps go for a walk around the plantation, or pick up the fishing rod for a laidback time spent anglingThe SpaceLet me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (Both bedrooms are on the ground floor )- All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV- All bedrooms have balconies- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all roomsLiving Room:- The living room has seating arrangements for 20 peopleBathrooms:- The villa has 2 private bathrooms, each with an open shower area.- All bathrooms are modern, have indoor and outdoor showers with geysers for hot water supply.- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are providedKitchen & Meals:- Cooking is not allowed in the villa. There is a well-trained chef available at the villa who can prepare the meals.- A water purifier is available- Crockery is available for 10 peoplePool and Lawn:- The villa has an infinity pool and a huge lawn- The pool can be used only between 7 AM to 7 PM- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior noticeHouse Rules:- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM- No pets allowed at the villa- Check-in after 5 PM is not allowed. - Drinking is not allowed inside the villa- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.- Entering the pool without swimming gears is not allowed- IDs are required for all guestsAdditional Amenities:- A torch is available- Guests may use the wardrobes- A medical kit is available at the villa- Indoor and outdoor games are available- A power backup is available at the villa- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional costOther things to note:- There is electrical fencing around the property for security purpose, guests are advised to be cautious especially with children- As the property is nestled amidst forest, guests are advised to keep the windows shut in order to prevent musquitoes from entering the rooms- Due to the villas location, network reception is poor- Guests are advised to order food from near by restaurants before 7 pm- There are crocodiles in the river. Diving in the river is not allowed- As the villa is located in a peacefull forested area, guests might hear sound of animals such as chirping, humming and howling as there is a presence of wildlife around the property.- The villa is located in a gated community. There is a CCTV camera in the outdoor areas.- Secured parking space for 4 cars is available- This is a wheelchair friendly property - Meals can be arranged from the nearby restaurants only. The caretaker can get the food for the guest from outside. We will not be providing in house meals. Breakfast would be served as it is.- Bachelors will not be allowed to stay at the villa - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered.- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable.Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.Interaction with Guests:The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.Neighbourhood:- This villa is conveniently located close in Kushalnagar- Guests can indulge in activities like angling, visiting the coffee plantations or the famous Dubare Elephant Park Camp.- Nearby eateries offer local cuisine and Mangalorean delicacies.
