About the property: -All Policies, Terms, and Conditions are applied to safeguard the interests of all our valued Guests Check-in policy. -The minimum check-In age of the primary guest is 23. -Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. -A minimum security deposit of ****Rs should be paid over and above the room & meal charges & deposit amount would be paid back at check-out, however please be advised that, in the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacements costs. -Should the costs exceed Rs. **** deposit, the full cost will be applied and collected from Guests guarantee policy. -A pre-payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. -The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 23 years of age and must provide valid Information along with 1 piece of government-issued photo identification(Except Pan Card) at time of check-in. -Persons 20 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy a room. -Pet policy: A single dog or cat is permitted in a room as long as that pet is not left unattended in the suite at any time. -We must be made aware of the accompanying pet at the time of booking. -Should the reservation be made through an online booking channel, the hotel reservations team must be advised of the pet in writing, prior to the date of arrival. -Failure to notify the hotel in writing prior to your arrival may result in the refusal of the pet at the time of check-in. -In the event that a complaint is received due to loud or excessive barking or noises, a single warning will be issued. -Subsequent complaints will result in the removal of the animal and/or the removal of all registered occupants of the room. -A deep cleaning charge of 1000Rs will be added to the room bill. -Additional restrictions may apply, please contact the hotel directly for details. Room Details: -Non-smoking policy:Plantation Delights Room is a non-smoking room. -A charge of 1000.00 rs will be applied to the room bill of the registered guest since deep cleaning be required before we let out to other guests. -Room usage & capacity policy : All Family Delights rooms are made to occupy 4 guests without the extra mattress. -An additional charge of 1800 Rs per person 12 + years of age occupying a room will be applied at the time of booking or Check-in. -Maximum sleeping capacity in a Family Delights room varies from 4 to 6 persons, depending on the room typebooked. See available amenities on your selected Roomtype to confirm maximum sleeping capacity. Food Options: -Please enjoy your food at the Dining hall. -Consuming food inside the room is strictly not allowed. -Incase if the occupant is sick or physically challenged, food would be served under the special guidance of management which requires prior information to Plantation Delights staff or Management. However, this purely depends upon circumstances, Situations and not guaranteed. -Dining time:Breakfast : 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Lunch : 1:00 PM to 02:30 PM Dinner : 8:45 PM to 10:30 PM
