Washing their hands frequently and thoroughly2. Monitoring temperatures daily to see if its below 99.1F3. Wearing masks & gloves when in proximity of guests and each other as well4. Use of hand gloves when carrying out cleaning work & when handling waste5. Use of tissues when sneezing or coughing and immediately wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.6. Deep cleaning before every check in & post every check out of the entire villa with phenolic disinfectant7. Sanitizing high-touch points at our property like switches, door knobs, remote controls etc8. Placing of sanitizers in the entrance and living rooms9. Maintain social distancing from each other as well as all guests during their stay10. Guests will have restricted access to books, games & common swimming poolsLet us walk you through the space.BEDROOMS-There are 5 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.-ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.-4 rooms have queen-size beds and 1 room has a king-size bed.-Balconies are offered in the rooms on the first floor.-There is a pool with a deck in one of the balconies on the first floor.BATHROOMS- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 common.-All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.COMMON AREAS-The living room seats 15 people comfortably.-It offers a music system and a TV.-The dining area seats up to 8 people comfortably.-There is a lawn with a gazebo that can seat up to 50 people.-There is a 10x8 ft. plunge pool with a depth of 5 ft.-It is accessible from 10 AM to 10 PM.KITCHEN-The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a refrigerator and a microwave.-Crockery and cutlery are available.-Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.-The caretaker can cook a simple breakfast for the guests at an additional cost.GUEST ACCESSThe guests have access to the entire villa.INTERACTION WITH GUESTSThe host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.FOOD-All other meals are available at an additional cost.-Guests may use the kitchen for basic cooking.-Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Hashtag Bistro Cafe & Restaurant, Red Chilli Family Restaurant, Aadarsh Katta Family Restaurant & Bar and Restaurant Samantha.STAFF ACCOMMODATIONWe are able to provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost.*ACTIVITIESWithin the property, guests can enjoy a swim, indoor games such as Monopoly and outdoor games such as cricket and badminton. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.HOME TRUTHSWhile we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things wed like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!-Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of insects and reptiles.-This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.-In case of a power failure, the inverter supports the fan and a light of each room for 4-5 hours. Heavy appliances may not be supported.ADDITIONAL COSTS-Lunch, snacks and dinner are offered at an additional cost.-Guests can access the kitchen for basic cooking at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- per day.-The caretaker can cook basic meals for the guests at an additional cost.-Up to 2 maids can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 500/- each, inclusive of the meals.NEIGHBOURHOODAn ideal getaway from the citys chaotic life, Alibaug, located in Raigad, shares its boundaries with the magnificent Arabian Sea. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.-A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable.-Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.-All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.-All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.-A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
