Presenting Sea Breeze Villa, a Beach front villa by EKO STAY situated in Saswane Beach, just 5 minutes drive from the Mandwa jetty port. This 3HK villa has a private pool along with a calm and cosy exterior of palm trees, beach views with bon fire and candle light dinner provision. The villa is ideal for couples, friends/ bachelors and family. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk from the villa. Space Let me walk you through the villa: The property is a ground plus one floor structure. Bedroom: - One bedroom is on the ground floor and other 2 are on the first floor. - The villa has 4 queen-sized beds. (Two bedroom has one bed and the third bedroom has 2 beds). - Linens and pillows are provided in all rooms Living area: - The living area is well lit with stylish furniture and TV unit. - The living area seats 8-10 people. - A 4 seater dining table Bathrooms: - The property has three basic bathrooms in all bedrooms. - Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are not provided. Kitchen: - The villa has a semi- equipped kitchen with a dining set up for 10 people - The kitchen has equipments like cooking gas stove, refrigerator and basic cooking utensils. - Caterer can be arranged if informed atleast 2 days prior. Pool - It has a private pool of dimensions (20 x 10 x 4.5) ft. Pool can be used till midnight. -Swimming costume is compulsory to access the pool. House Rules - No loud music post 10 PM - Possession and consumption of illegal substance is strictly prohibited Other things to note - Guest can park upto 2-3 cars outside the premises - Caretaker service is only available from 9am to 9pm. - Driver accommodation is not available. - Identity proofs are mandatory. - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to and there are no damages in the property. - The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals. - For mosquitos, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. Guest interaction The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.
