Panorama Villa is a spacious 2BHK farm house surrounded by lush greenery and is located just 10mins away from Saswane Beach in Alibag (Next to Mandwa). The property features 2 bedrooms, a private pool, a spacious sheltered terrace and a well lit-up gazebo area. Its spacious setting which makes this place an ideal weekend getaway for group of friends. It is perfect for 8-12 people. Space Let me walk you through the villa: The property is a ground floor structure only. Bedroom: - The villa has 5 queen-sized beds. (One bedroom has one bed and the other bedroom have 4 beds). - Linens and pillows are provided in all rooms.
Living area: - The living area is well lit with stylish furniture and TV unit. - The living area seats 8-10 people. Bathrooms: - The property has two basic bathrooms. - Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are not provided. Kitchen: - The villa has a semi- equipped kitchen with a dining set up for 10 people - The kitchen has equipments like cooking gas stove, refrigerator and basic cooking utensils. - Caterer can be arranged if informed atleast 2 days prior. Pool - It has a private pool of dimensions (20 x 10 x 4.5) ft. Pool can be used till midnight. -Swimming costume is compulsory to access the pool. House Rules - No loud music post 10 PM - Possession and consumption of illegal substance is strictly prohibited Other things to note - Guest can park upto 2 cars outside the premises - Caretaker service is only available from 9am to 9pm. - Driver accommodation is not available. - Identity proofs are mandatory. - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to and there are no damages in the property. - The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals. - For mosquitos, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.
