A beautifully done up 4BHK holiday home in Alibaug, Casa de Alibag is a fuss-free stay option for any group of upto 12 people looking to unwind and relax under the blooming palm trees. The villa features 4 bedroom, out of which one room is positioned as a out house in the villa (perfect for couples). Extra mattresses can be provided on request. All the rooms have attached bathrooms. The kitchen is semi-equipped. As you enter the through the main gateS, a quaint courtyard leads into the pool area. There is the main bungalow (3 bedrooms) on the right side and an outhouse (one bedroom) on the left side of the property. The room upstairs has a balcony with a great view of the sunset that slopes down to the garden and pool area. The lawn is large enough for a group of 10-12 to enjoy, relax, unwind and chill. As you enter the villa, a quaint courtyard leads into the spacious living room. It has ample seating space and a television. The lawn is large and your group can enjoy playing cricket or other outdoor games here. The villa feature a private pool. Space Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and another bedroom is in the outhouse) - All bedrooms have air-conditioners. - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request Living Room: - The living room has seating arrangements for 8-10 people - It features a sofa and 6 seater dining table. Bathrooms: - The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom -Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are not provided. Kitchen & Meals: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier - The kitchen can be used at an additional cost - Caterer can be arranged if informed 2 days prior to arrival. - Crockery is available for 12 people Lawn: - The villa has a huge PVC lawn - The lawn has seating arrangement for 10-12 people House rules: - Guests may smoke outdoors only - Playing loud music is not allowed post 10PM - IDs are required. -Pool allowed till 11pm. Swimming costume is compulsory. Additional amenities: - Secured parking space for 4 cars is available - A generator is available, in the event of a power failure - Guests may use the wardrobes - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required Other things to note: - The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals. - For mosquitos, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to and there are no damages done by the guests. Guest Access: The entire villa indoor and outdoor spaces are accessible to guests. Neighborhood: - This villa has a convenient location, right on the Alibag-Rewas road in Thal. - Guests can explore a lot of tourist options near the property. The beach is roughly 10 minutes away from the house. Getting Around & Transportation: Guests can either arrive by Ferry and then a rickshaw/taxi or through a private vehicle.
