The Space: BEDROOM - All bedrooms are on the ground floor. - AC, WiFi, electric kettle and an attached bathroom is offered with the bedrooms. - The rooms offer a queen-sized bed, a patio and a mountain view. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms - 6 attached and 1 common. - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is one air conditioned living room. - The living room is on the ground floor and seats up to 25-30 people. - The dining room is a part of the living room. - There is a swimming pool. - The pool is 20x40ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals are provided la carte from a fixed menu. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to their cottage and the common areas. -In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for one male staff member and one female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. This doesnt include the cost of meals. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue grill is available at an additional cost of Rs. 650 for veg and Rs. 750 for non-veg, per person. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can request for a bonfire to be lit up, spend time in the gazebo in the company of their friends or books and enjoy a sizzling barbeque. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things wed like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living room. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.- A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
